We’re looking for a dynamic Revenue Program Manager to take our gift card program to the next level, driving revenue growth, expanding reach, and delivering a best-in-class guest experience.

The Revenue Program Manager will lead strategy, innovation, and execution for Red Lobster’s gift card business across all channels, including in-restaurant, digital/online, retail, and B2B. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify growth opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and keep our program fresh and competitive in a fast-paced marketplace. This is a highly visible role that blends strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership:  Own the vision, strategy, and performance of the Gift Card Program, with accountability for sales, profitability, and ROI. Stay ahead of marketplace trends to ensure Red Lobster’s gift card offerings remain relevant, differentiated, and desirable.
  • Sales & Marketing Integration:  Partner with Marketing to create compelling campaigns, merchandising solutions, and in-restaurant promotions that maximize visibility and drive conversion. Leverage consumer insights and competitive analysis to inform strategies that elevate the brand and expand distribution.
  • Program Operations & Execution:  Manage all aspects of gift card production, forecasting, and inventory planning to meet demand and budget goals. Maintain seamless operations through effective vendor management, ensuring partners meet service levels and uphold Red Lobster standards.
  • Innovation & Growth: Explore and execute new distribution channels, product formats, and partnership opportunities to grow market share. Lead cross-functional projects from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and operational readiness.
  • Relationship Management:  Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and service providers. Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively, keeping the guest experience front and center.
  • Additional Marketing Support:  Provide support for other marketing-related initiatives and campaigns as needed to help achieve overall team goals.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience leading a gift card program — ideally with a restaurant or hospitality brand — with proven success driving sales across multiple channels.
  • Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, and Guest Relations.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with an understanding of key financial principles (ROI, incremental sales, breakage).
  • Skilled in project management and able to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
