We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented Consumer Insights Analyst to join our team and help uncover what drives guest behavior, satisfaction, and brand engagement. In this role, you’ll help transform data into meaningful stories that shape menu innovation, marketing campaigns, and the overall guest experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about research, comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative data, and thrive in a fast-paced, consumer-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of custom research studies (e.g., concept tests, satisfaction surveys, and menu optimization)
- Program surveys using internal tools and platforms, ensuring clean logic, clear wording, and a positive respondent experience
- Analyze guest feedback from various sources (e.g., surveys, guest relations, social media, online reviews) and distill findings into clear insights
- Support the development of presentations by bringing data to life through charts and summaries that clearly communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to contextualize brand performance and identify opportunities
- Provides functional and technical support for Consumer Insights applications and processes
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or related analytics role; restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Highly Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like Qualtrics, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract key themes
- Strong Project Management skills - comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to achieve desired outcomes on time and with excellence
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex findings into clear, compelling stories
