  • Serve as the primary finance partner to Marketing, Concept Development, Culinary, and Operations leadership, influencing key decisions through data-driven insights and financial recommendations.
  • Develop and oversee financial models that assess promotional opportunities, core menu pricing, price increases, menu innovation, and investment scenarios, ensuring alignment with company growth, margin and guest frequency objectives.
  • Lead analysis of menu price tiers, value architecture, price gaps, and competitive positioning to optimize guest value perception, menu mix, traffic, and profitability.
  • Establish assumptions and analytical frameworks related to traffic, menu mix, pricing elasticity, consumer behavior, and competitive pricing dynamics to support strategic business planning and decision-making.
  • Lead the design, measurement, and financial evaluation of marketing, menu, media, pricing, and operational tests, including market selection, success criteria, post-analysis, and scaling recommendations.
  • Provide thought leadership on promotional effectiveness, pricing strategy, price realization, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability to optimize marketing investments and menu performance.
  • Partner with FP&A and business leaders to incorporate promotional, pricing, and marketing impacts into annual budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and financial outlooks.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends through analysis of sales, traffic, average check, product mix, menu pricing performance, and margin drivers, proactively recommending actions to improve results.
  • Drive continuous improvement of analytical processes, reporting capabilities, forecasting methodologies, and decision-support tools.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Marketing Finance, Revenue Management, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations effectively to senior and executive leadership.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business decisions across Marketing, Operations, Culinary, and Finance teams.
