Summary The senior systems analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing complex information systems that meet the needs of Red Lobster.  This includes assessing existing systems, identifying business requirements, and recommending solutions that will improve efficiency and productivity. 

The Senior Compensation Analyst will help to implement Red Lobster’s compensation programs and pay practices, maintain job architecture, provide analytical support to key stakeholders.  This role involves providing accurate detailed analysis and reporting on strategic and operational goals of compensation programs, incentives, market trends, and pay structures.  In addition, as the subject matter expert, this position will be responsible for compensation projects and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
